Concept Presentation Plan Template & Example Financial Plan $1,650
(Full Presentation and Financial Plan package: $3780)
Service includes a 30-minute introductory phone conversation, questionnaires for both plans, template and edit ready concept presentation plan content in Microsoft Word, and example financial plan, including estimated start-up costs, estimated labor costs, sales assumptions and profit and loss projections. One hour of phone consultation during service is included; additional time billed at discounted hourly rate. Plans available separately for $900 each.
Cafe Design Review $750
Service includes a review of you and your architect’s existing store design—focusing on optimal placement of all fixtures and equipment, making sure nothing has been forgotten. We will examine workflow to obtain optimal efficiency and how to maximize sales and save valuable labor dollars. Service includes up to six hours of review and phone time with a Bellissimo consultant during service, and written follow up.
Menu Development Package and Beverage Guides $650(Full Menu Development service package: $1490)
Service includes a fully editable example menu with pricing. Service also includes example beverage and drink recipe guides for coffee and espresso drinks, frozen beverages, non-coffee hot and cold beverages and an example food menu, if applicable to your concept. One hour of phone consultation/support is included during service.
Equipment, Small-Wares and Vendor Selection $950
(Full equipment, small wares and vendors package: $1855)
Service includes a 30-minute introductory phone consultation to determine a plan and scope of equipment and consumable product needs, geographic location, and price range desired. We will discuss and send written outlines of how to “get to know” your equipment dealers, what to look for in equipment selection, how to choose an espresso machine and other coffee equipment. Includes a list of typical coffee bar equipment and small wares as well as vendor contact information for a wide variety of vendors in each category. One hour of phone consultation/support is included during service.
Bellissimo New Business Startup Package: $3600
(Services purchased separately: $4000)
Includes all four above services: Concept Presentation Plan Template, Example Financial Plan, Cafe Design Review, Menu Development Package and Beverage Guides, and Equipment, Small Wares and Vendor Selection Consulting.
On Site Store Opening & Training $1500/day + Travel Expenses
Reduce the anxiety related to opening your new specialty coffee business with help from an expert consultant. We will help you tie up all the loose ends prior to opening, and then assist you through your opening day. We will train your staff how to prepare award-winning beverages. We will also help you formulate a game plan for your first months of business to ensure you get started properly. We will help with strategic marketing concepts, and the set up of operation systems that will save you hundreds of dollars over time. Travel days if applicable will be billed at $700/day.
On-Site Barista Training $1250/day + Travel Expenses
Your reputation depends on consistent quality. A highly trained staff producing superior drinks is critical to the overall success of your coffee business, and will set you apart from your competition. A properly trained barista will lead to increased customer satisfaction, increased sales and ultimately save you money. Our expert trainers will come to your shop to teach the technical skills necessary to make perfect coffee and espresso beverages. On-Site training can vary from two to five days. Travel days if applicable will be billed at $700/day.
On-Site Store Evaluation and Optimization $1500/day + Travel Expenses
Customized review of menu and pricing, monthly sales, profit and loss statements, labor and employee scheduling, inventory, purchases and ordering systems for consumable products, rent factor, hard expenses and an overall evaluation of store. Marketing strategies, promotions, and sales growth will be a focus. Travel days if applicable will be billed at $700/day.
Hourly Consultation $150/hour 8 Hour minimum
Whether you have a new or existing operation, retain a consultant as an expert resource while you are setting up your business, or taking it to the next level. When you are unsure, or would like an unbiased opinion, having a qualified consultant in your corner could prevent you from making costly or fatal mistakes. Consulting can be done over the phone, via email, etc.
